πŸ“– Why We Read

Did you know that you have a secret superpower? It's called reading! When you pick up a book, you aren't just looking at ink on paper. You are using your imagination to build entire worlds in your head.

Every story is an adventure waiting to happen. You might meet a brave character who fights dragons, or travel to outer space. The author writes the words, and the illustrator draws the pictures, but it is YOU who brings the story to life!

Reading also helps us grow. Each chapter you finish gives you more knowledge about the world. It feeds your curiosity about how things work. Whether it’s a funny comic or a big encyclopedia, reading makes your brain stronger and your heart bigger.

⚑ Grammar Corner: Action Verbs

An Action Verb is a word that tells us what someone is doing. Stories are full of them because things are always happening!

Example: "The boy reads a book."
Example: "We travel to the moon."
